Wondering where the Reception, Outside Cafeteria, Computer Labs or Outside Lawn are? Here's a quick visual guide so you know exactly where to go on Day 1.
The main entrance and front desk of the campus. This is where you'll arrive on Day 1 for the welcome and where you'll leave your handprints later in the day.

Tip · Look for the admissions team in branded T-shirts — they'll point you to your section.
The open courtyard right next to the cafeteria. The Hawan & Puja ceremony on Day 1 is set up here so the entire batch and their families can gather.

Tip · Lunch happens inside the cafeteria — long communal tables, vegetarian thali style.
Where you'll register on Moodle (the learning portal) and complete document verification with the IT team on Day 1.

Tip · Bring your laptop, ID proof and admission letter — both digital and printed copies help.
The main indoor stage for large gatherings — Open House with Parents, Academic Rules briefings, BOP Finale and the Valedictory ceremony all happen here.

The open-air shamiana on the central lawn. Most of the induction keynote sessions and speaker fireside chats are set up here.

Tip · Carry a cap or scarf — Jaipur mornings get sunny by 10 AM.
Section-wise classrooms (Sections A, B, C, D, E, F) where your foundation term begins — Accountancy, Business Communication, Statistics and Research Ecosystem sessions.
